Guarantees

  • Revisions: I offer a set number of revisions (usually outlined in the contract) to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

 


Payment Policies

  • Deposit Required: Work on your project will only commence after a deposit has been received. The deposit amount will typically be 50% of the total project cost, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before the final delivery of files or services.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds for deposits are only applicable in cases where work has not yet commenced. If work has begun, refunds will be subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement and depend on the progress made.

 


Revisions & Changes

  • Revisions: Revisions are included as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Scope of Work: Any significant changes to the original project scope will require a renegotiation of timelines and costs.

 


Dispute Resolution

I strive to maintain clear communication and avoid disputes. However, if disagreements arise:

  • First Resolution Step: Please reach out directly to discuss your concerns, and I will work to resolve them amicably.
  • Mediation: If an issue cannot be resolved, we may involve a neutral third party for mediation, as outlined in the terms of our agreement.

 


Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and the confidentiality of your project are of the utmost importance. Any materials or sensitive information shared with me will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit permission.

 


Additional Information

  • Communication: Regular updates on your project’s progress will be provided to ensure you’re informed every step of the way.
  • Ownership: Final project files will only be transferred to you after full payment has been received. Until then, all materials remain my intellectual property.
  • Support After Completion: For specific services like website design, I offer a post-completion support period to ensure everything functions as intended. Beyond this period, additional support can be arranged at an agreed rate.
